Our team of highly experienced engineers and professionals utilizes the latest CAD systems for both mechanical and optical design.
We are equipped with advanced machinery, including the Single-Point Diamond Turning Machine, which produces ultra-precision optical parts and aspherical lens inserts in complex shapes. Prototype lenses are rapidly created for testing and evaluation.
Production Department
Advanced, Scalable Manufacturing
Our production facilities comprise four dedicated plastic injection molding workshops, equipped with over 100 computerized injection and extrusion machines. Each workshop specializes in the production of specific components, ensuring efficient operations and consistently high-quality output.
Plastic lenses and components are produced in clean, climate-controlled environments to maintain exceptional optical quality. Our dust-free spray room and automated finishing systems allow us to achieve precise and intricate product decoration tailored to client requirements.
With more than 20 conveyor assembly lines operating in air-conditioned workshops, expert lens assembly is conducted in dust-free clean room environments to ensure top-tier quality for every product.
